Current SIAH news

The SIAH joint project with the Bodleian Library to digitise and publish online all their Suffolk charters is almost complete. To view the charters see https://digital.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/collections/suffolk-charters/ .  The project will be launched at the SIAH AGM on 6 April 2024 at the Bury Guildhall.

Sat 10 Feb 1400 at Elmswell: Tony Redman, The stones of Suffolk and some of the people who formed them. An investigation into the history of the use of building stone in Suffolk. SIAH member Tony Redman MA FRICS has spent the last few years examining every stone-built building in Suffolk and has come up with some interesting conclusions.
